Divya Pathak serves as Vice President and Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Officer at Regeneron. She oversees the health system’s data and AI strategy, leading efforts to advance analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital innovation across the organization. Leading a multidisciplinary technical team, she facilitates cross-departmental collaboration to deliver data-driven solutions focused on elevating care quality and operational efficiency.
A seasoned leader with nearly two decades in the tech and research sectors, Pathak has honed her expertise at world-class organizations including IBM Research, Mayo Clinic, and NYC Health + Hospitals. Her interdisciplinary background is backed by an MBA from the University of Minnesota, an MS in Computer Science from Oklahoma State, and a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur.
